The short version

This website collects as close to nothing as a website can. No cookies, no accounts, no ads, no tracking across sites. We see anonymous, aggregate page-view counts (via cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics) and nothing about you as an individual. If you email us, we read your email. What this policy covers

This policy covers trtrinc.com, the corporate website of TRTR, Inc. The ROVIX rider and driver apps and websites (rovixusa.com, driver.rovixusa.com) are separate services that handle real accounts, payments, and location data, and are governed by their own product privacy policy.

Information we collect on this site

• Aggregate page views only. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across sites. It shows us anonymous totals — how many visits a page got and from what country/referrer — never who you are.
• No cookies, ever. Your theme preference (light/dark), if you set one, is stored only in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
• The contact form, only when you use it. Submitting the contact form sends the name, email address, and message you typed to our server, which delivers them to our inbox as an email. We use them only to reply to you and keep them only as ordinary email correspondence — nothing else is collected or stored.

Information you send us

If you email any of our addresses (hello@, support@, privacy@, or [email protected] — directly or via the contact form), we receive whatever you include: your email address, your name if you sign it, and your message. We use it only to respond to you. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any mailing list.

Hosting

Like every website, our hosting provider processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not receive, store, or analyze this data ourselves.

Your rights

If you've emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, email [email protected] and we'll delete it. Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK under GDPR), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information — the same email is the way to exercise them. We don't discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting more than described here (for example, privacy-respecting analytics), we will update this policy first and change the "Last updated" date above.
